She is a licensed real estate agent in Iowa and Nebraska, specializing in the greater Omaha area and Southwest Iowa, with flexibility to serve beyond. She began her career in 2011 in Okoboji, Iowa, focusing on vacation homes, and has resided in Omaha since 2005 (except for a 1.5-year Okoboji interlude).

Early on, as a part-time transaction coordinator for NP Dodge's premier team, The Rensch Group, Amanda mastered all transaction aspects—from title and lending to inspections—while building key industry relationships.

A University of Nebraska–Omaha graduate, she earned degrees in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Business Management, and Human Resources Management. A standout athlete, she played four years on the UNO Women's Soccer team, aiding their 2005 Division II National Championship, and one year on the Women's Volleyball team.

Amanda actively serves her community: board member since 2011 for Memories for Kids, creating memories for children of stage IV cancer patients; volunteer at Foster Love (founded 2020), offering free essentials to foster kids; and supporter of Kicks for a Cure, funding cancer research at Creighton and UNMC centers.

In her downtime, she enjoys snowboarding, lake outings, Nebraska volleyball games, and doting on her nieces and nephews.
