Omaha, Nebraska - The numbers are in! NP Dodge achieved a new record in pending sales for the month of September 2009. They broke the monthly record with over 82 million in written sales. “The extraordinary sales figures are due in part to the quality of our agents and the service they provide to our buyers and sellers. The figures would have been impressive any time, but what made it truly extraordinary is that it was done while we are still in the midst of a recession,” said Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales. As noted in an October 1, 2009 article, pending home sales have increased for seven straight months, the longest in the series of the index which began in 2001, according to the National Association of Realtors®.
