NP DODGE CELEBRATES THE OPENING OF THEIR NEW SATELLITE OFFICE IN MIDTOWN WITH RIBBON CUTTING

Omaha, Nebraska - NP Dodge Real Estate celebrated the opening of their new Midtown “satellite” sales office today, Thursday, August 6th, with a ribbon cutting. The new office is located at 4502 Leavenworth Street. Ribbon cutting festivities began at 10:00 a.m. with comments from Mayor Jim Suttle; Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales; and N.P. "Sandy" Dodge IV. Others in attendance at the ribbon cutting ceremony included N.P. "Nate" Dodge V; Larry Gomez of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce; Jamie Grayson-Berglund, Executive Director of Destination Midtown; NP Dodge management, sales associates and staff. “The mid-town area of Omaha is a desirable location for many in our community to live. By opening our new satellite office, we are committed to better serving the midtown area. There is such diversity here, our wish is to provide a valuable service for everyone living here or looking to move to this area.” said Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales. The new satellite office will be a convenient stop for midtown and downtown customers and a great touch-n-go office for their sales associates. The new midtown office has over 2500 sq ft of rentable space, with a staff of 14 agents plus administrative assistant. NP Dodge is the oldest family owned real estate company in the United States.
