NP DODGE ANNOUNCES NEW CONDO SALES DIVISION

Omaha, Nebraska - NP Dodge Real Estate is pleased to announce the creation of their new condo sales division. This new division will serve the condo market by listing and selling existing condos, helping buyers find condos, marketing new condo developments and providing a team of trained condo specialists. “Omaha is just now beginning to experience the condo boom that has swept across cities from coast to coast. Demographic shifts, and different lifestyle preferences have caused a major influx of demand into revitalized urban areas, as well as mixed use, higher density developments throughout other metro areas. As the early pioneers are just beginning to move into the projects that are reaching completion now, their friends and family will begin to experience and hear about the lifestyle benefits that condo living affords. We believe that the activity we are currently seeing in the local condo market is just the tip of the iceberg,” said Chris Redfield, Director of Condo Sales for NP Dodge Real Estate. A showroom including full model and interior design center is under construction and will be open late May.
