The Midtown Office of NP Dodge was opened in July of 2009. The opening of this office was in response to the under-served market in Midtown Omaha. For many years Midtown has been a bustling area with residents emerging from all areas of Nebraska. It is also a sought after community for relocating residents that are coming to the abundant economy and jobs abounding in Omaha. Close to UNMC, Methodist, Aksarben Village, Dundee, Country Club, Fair Acres, and many major employers and shopping centers, the Midtown area is responsible for a large percentage of home sales recorded by the Omaha Area Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, and yet NP Dodge is the only major real estate company in the area to make a commitment to expanding with a new office in the area during a time when other companies are closing offices.
